My husband and I have been taking Krav Maga classes here for about four weeks now and I love it. The instructors are awesome and really good at what they do. I'm learning how to defend myself, getting a good workout, learning what my body is capable of, and meeting some awesome people. Everyone (instructors and students) wants you to succeed and grow and it shows.

Our entire family trains here. We love the Webers and all the practical knowledge they enrich us with. Their instructors are professional and fair. The facility is family friendly and in a great location in the Pine Grove plaza.
There are plenty of training options as well- Tae Kwon Do, Krav Maga, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing and also Self Defense Pistol and Carbine courses.
They also offer the community and extra benefit by providing MANY classes to educators and first responders for free.
Pretty sure they allow a trial period on all classes- what is there to lose?! Everyone is super nice that trains here ??

Mr. And Mrs. Weber are AMAZING at what they do here. Our daughter joined a couple of weeks ago, and we're very pleased with the establishment as a whole. Everyone that works there is very supportive, and very well mannered as well. 10/10

My kids love ATA, my kids have gained so much confidence since they have joined. They enjoy all the instructors and feel part of a family! Our family highly recommends ATA, my kids had the hardest time finding a sport/activity they enjoyed. All it took for my kids was 1 class and they love ATA and work hard. My kids have made new friends and amaze me at the skills they have learned. We love the discipline and structure ATA teaches our kids.
